About Tate Harrell

Meet Tate Harrell

“North to the future” As a born and raised Alaskan, Fairbanks has always been my home, if I’m not helping people achieve their real estate goals, I’m in the woods, fishing, and hiking in the summer, or snowboarding in the winter. Before becoming a REALTOR®, I was part of our local 302 Operating Engineers Union which I have had the pleasure of being a part of for over 8 years. I've travelled and worked all over the state, building the very infrastructure that allows people to live and their Alaskan dream. Why I chose and continue to choose to do real estate is to help people find their own Alaskan dream, get lost, and be found. As a born and raised Alaskan, I have a good understanding of what unique opportunities and challenges the last frontier provides. I’m an avid fisher, hunter, and overall outdoorsman, and love sharing the Alaskan experience with others. Before becoming a REALTOR, I was part of our local 302 Operating Engineers Union which I have had the pleasure of being in for over 7 years. I travelled and worked many places including Homer, Nuiqsut, and Prudhoe Bay, while building the very infrastructure that would allow people to live their Alaskan dream. I have a tremendous respect for our tradespeople who work the long hours and hard jobs so that we can all enjoy Alaska the best way possible. When I’m not working or with my family, you can often catch me in the gym, hitting the slopes at Moose Mountain, or at one of our events here in Fairbanks supporting local businesses. I look forward to helping you reach your real estate goals!
